Inner Child....

I prescribe shadow work for my clients who have issues. We all have issues, but a lot of people's issues keep them from moving forward in life. So you have to do something about it. I don't necessarily do it myself because I can look at my life and just say, "well that was unfortunate" and move on. Since I prescribe shadow work, I decided to try some on my own. I was a blubbery mess. I don't do tears, and if something makes me distill I will resent it for life. I was irritated. I still think it can be helpful for people. I have witnessed that people have transformed themselves doing shadow work. It's not completely for me....

Noticed I used the word completely.

I have been driving a lot lately. And I don't like the current state of music. Like other old people, I feel like my era was the best for music. When I was a child, my mom had a rule. We were only allowed to have 3 records. 3.... Why? I can't tell you. And I can't ask her. But we listen to our parents. Now that I'm this big age... I had a birthday last week... And I have Spotify... So I am now free to listen to whatever I want whenever I want to. It's amazing to me that I can do exactly now what my mom wouldn't let me do then. The teenager in me is rejoicing. This too is shadow work. Now I can see how it's healing something in me that I was unaware was broken.

So this is your sign. If you thought about engaging the little person that resides in you, you don't have to cry and fall out on the ground. You can heal with gentleness and fun...

Dueces!
